Updating symantec endpoint

15-Dec-2017 09:31

From the companies I've worked at that have used various protection software's, Symantec was one of the few with not too many issues.I often saw with Kasperksy that it would lock out certain things for the IT department and it was a hassle to fix.Management for full systems is still on the slow side, hopefully changes will come for this as well. Most virus programs are in-your-face with warnings and anything else they can find to occupy screen space. You can scan when you want and what you want, and I'm assuming it's always keeping things in check in the background. -Easy to build rules and control users and machines.

For Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1, a maintenance patch has been released on July 29, 2015.
